TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Validity of Travel from 17 February – 29 December 2010 except on public holidays and eve of public holidays
  • Rates are twin-share and are applicable for both weekdays and weekends:
    weekdays - Sunday - Thursday; weekends - Friday - Saturday
  • Check-In: 2pm, Check-Out: 12pm
  • Package is valid for the 1st night only, additional nights will be charged according to the regular group rates where relevant
  • Buffet Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast requests are for groups of 30 and more.
  • Applicable for new bookings with a minimum of 10 rooms and above
  • There will be no refund for partial utilisation of package
  • Ferry tickets are not included in the above rates quoted. For the ferry schedule, please go to: www.batamfast.com. Ferry bookings can also be arranged with the Nongsa Resorts Singapore office if preferred. A service charge of S$2 per person will be imposed
  • The half-day teambuilding programme is either from 9am - 12pm or 2pm - 5pm, for a group of 20 - 50 people
  • All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes of 11%

  • The full amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 72 hours before booking date
  • The full amount will be charged for no-shows
  • Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
